Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks
125g (4oz) plain yoghurt
1 tbsp clear honey
½ tsp ground coriander
salt and black pepper
Instructions
1. Make the marinade: combine all ingredients. Turn the drumsticks in
the marinade. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
2. Place the drumsticks under a hot grill, 10cm from the
heat. Grill, turning frequently and basting with the marinade, for 20 minutes
until crisp brown and cooked through.
